Greengate Community Garden needs volunteers who have a passion for gardening who want to learn new skills, and those who would like to share their gardening knowledge and skills, in the community garden. The garden is open every Monday, in Airds.

Multicultural Women's Group

Everyone is welcome to join in the Multicultural Women's Group meet for a “cuppa” and to participate in cooking, dancing and other relaxing activities. It is a nice way to meet people from all around the world and make new friends, chat for a while and enjoy your time in a warm and welcoming surrounding. The group meets on the last Wednesday of the month, in Lambton.

Surry Hills Community Drug Action Team - members wanted

Community Drug Action Teams (CDATs) are coalitions of government, non-government organisations and community representatives who work in their local community to reduce drug and alcohol related harm. Surry Hills CDAT is seeking members to assist in carrying out work with the local Surry Hills community to identify and reduce drug and alcohol related harm. Membership is free; Surry Hills CDAT meets on the first Wednesday of each month, in Surry Hills.

Liverpool Fairfield Mental Health Carers Support Group

The Liverpool Fairfield Mental Health Carers Support Group is for carers of individuals with a mental illness, living in the Liverpool/Fairfield area. The group is a good opportunity for carers to meet other carers to share their experiences. New carers are very welcome to attend the group. The group meets on the first Thursday of the month, in Canly Vale.

Hornsby Depression Support Group

The Depression Support Group is ideal for people who are living with depression, families and friends and anyone who would like to learn more about depression or if you simply want to cope better with life when things get you down. The group meets on the first Sunday of the month, in Hornsby.
