NSW Fair Trading: Changes to Associations Legislation

The Associations Incorporation Act 2009 and Associations Incorporation Regulation 2010 commence on 1 July 2010, with the reforms aimed at helping associations operate more effectively and manage their affairs more easily. The changes are now available on the NSW Fair Trading website; and an information and education campaign will commence soon to ensure they are understood.
