Policy Development Project

As part of our Policy Development Project we have produced generic policy and procedure documents which member centres can purchase and customise for their specific needs. 

The policy and procedure documents cover the following areas:

Part A – Organisational Overview
Part B – Human Resources
Part C – Financial Management and Administration
Part D – Risk Management
Part E – Operations

Parts A, B, C and D are complete and have been sent to participating member centres, and Part E will be available shortly.
