Projects

LCSA is currently funded by NSW Community Services to deliver the Transition Resource Project, which will focus particularly on working with the sector and providing resources, information and advice throughout the reform and realignment of CSGP funded services.

We are also in the final stages of our Policy Development Project, whereby participating members  can purchase our generic policy and procedures documents to customise for their centre.

Previous LCSA Projects completed
The Targeted Capacity Building (TCB) and Results Based Accountability™ (RBA) projects were completed on Wednesday 30 June 2010. These projects have both reached their time-limited terms.

The TCB team, Christina Radburn and Sandra Handley are finalising agreed actions and processes with all participating organisations. In some instances, there will be continued work beyond Wednesday 30 June for an agreed time limited period. These will be individually negotiated with the respective organisations.
 
LCSA would like to take this opportunity to thank all the organisations that participated in these projects and worked collaboratively with the project staff. There have been many great outcomes and highlights throughout the projects.
