E-News Mailing List and Use 
LCSA distributes a weekly e-news summary of the latest online posts using email contacts provided by centres when they join LCSA or renew membership. We may collect information on member’s use of e-news and actions taken upon receiving it, to identify user trends and preferences so we can improve our electronic communication. LCSA does not sell our mailing list or information on member’s use of e-news to third parties. If you are a member and would like to subscribe to e-news, or update your details, please email the following to the This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it :

• Full name
• Organisation name
• Job position
• Email address

If numerous workers from your centre wish to subscribe to e-news please provide the above information for each individual and ensure email addresses are unique.

Member Contact Details
By request, LCSA may forward member’s contact details to third parties working with communities and wanting to promote their events or services directly to our members and their clients. Such organisations include government agencies, charities and other community-focused groups.

LCSA considers the relevance and benefit of providing member contact details before forwarding them on. We do not benefit financially from this.

Please note: contact details forwarded on are publicly available under Our Members - LCSA Centres; LCSA merely compiles it for the third party’s convenience. 

Online Surveys
LCSA does not sell or forward on member contact details or information on centre operation received from online surveys to any third party.

LCSA notifies survey respondents when contact details or other centre information is collected, and also why it is being collected and how it will be used. These details are not used for any purposes other than those stated in the survey.

LCSA does not publish online or otherwise make available to third parties, any centre information that can be used to identify individual member centres and services.

Project Engagement
LCSA notifies project participants when contact details or other centre information is collected, and also why it is being collected and how it will be used. These details are treated confidentially and are not used for any purposes other than those related to the project.

LCSA does not share with any third party, contact details or centre information of member centres engaging in current LCSA projects. All associated contact details and centre information will be destroyed after 7 years of the project’s completion.
