Third Sector Magazine enlisted lawyers Makinson & d’Apice to explain the legal recommendations of the Productivity Commission’s Contribution of the Not-For-Profit Sector (NFPS) report. The explanation focuses on the report’s significant legal recommendations to the Government including: sector diversity, and the need for a single legal entity, national fundraising legislation, and a national NFPS regulator.
